Another quick and easy delicious broth to fix your lunch within 10 minutes!

Chanced upon this new Food Yo’s Superior Chicken Collagen Broth made locally!

It is made of premium all natural ingredients. There is no added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavouring or colouring! It has been simmered for 8 hours to fully extract out the full nutrients and flavour. The soup broth has many uses - can be used as steamboat broth, noodle soup, stews, porridge etc! The preparation to this is almost effortless that you only need to heat it up and add in your favourite ingredients for a tasty soup w/o noodle! One pack is perfect for 1 serving with a slight amount of water depending on your liking! Enjoy your favourite collagen in your comfort at home!

Ingredients:

- (Food Yo) superior chicken collagen broth
- Your favourite Yong Tau Foo and any form of noodles

Instructions:

1. Once thawed, heat up the chicken collagen broth soup pack in a pot
2. Add 2-5 tablespoon of water to desired taste and consistency, depending on personal preference
3. Add in the minced meat balls, tofu and any other ingredients of your choice
4. Once the broth starts bubbling and boiling, add in the noodles and give it a good stir
5. Let it cook for 3 minutes and it is done!

What’s a Hari Raya celebration without Hari Raya goodies? 😋

A new addition to SCS’ range is their Red Velvet Cornflake Butter Cookies and Pineapple tarts. I got the Red Velvet Butter Cookies from !

It’s my first time trying SCS cookies as I heard a lot during CNY from my relative. Being a vivid fan of Jenny’s cookies or butter cookie in general, I’m into interesting butter flavours especially the newer ones like red velvet. I love the buttery cornflake cookies, very rich in flavours and at the same time not too overly sweet. The biscuit is soft and great to for both kids and adults during the festive celebrations.

Definitely worth trying! Selamat Hari Raya in advanced all!
