You know what they say - men lie, women lie, numbers don’t.

In recent years, the end of the NFL season has inevitably sparked conversation about whether the league deploys racist hiring practices with regards to Black head coaches.

As racists love to point out - it’s difficult proving racist intent. So we did the next best thing and took a hard look at the numbers. Swipe through to see what we found (spoiler alert - it’s not pretty).

There’s also something worth mentioning here that is not included in the slides.

One of the main reasons the NFL is able to get away with unsavory employment practices is due to the fact it has no viable competition (no, the CFL doesn’t count).

As touched on in slide 2 - the biggest factor in the NFL taking integration serious coming out of their ban on Black players was its rival league integrating at a faster pace than them.

The sad reality is without a competitor threatening the NFL’s stranglehold on professional football there is no incentive for it to truly change and all we will get is lip service and more legacy hires in the process.

Every time we hop on the internet our minds are under assault.

Until we start holding big tech companies more accountable we simply have to come to terms w/ the digital dystopia we're living in, and part of this reckoning is figuring out a defense. Fortunately knowledge is power so there are things we can do to mentally safeguard ourselves.

This article does an incredible job outlining some of the mental safeguards and necessary precautions we can take - please please please read, digest, and apply. It's more than just 'check your sources', it takes things a step further and gets into the psychology behind how we're manipulated.

For example, here's how the 1st tip starts:

1. When you read a story that engages you, ask yourself why.

I was personally inspired to increase my activity on social media after spending time on FB in the early days of shutdown and being horrified by how much insane misinformation was being spread. A lot of the logic I've tried applying to my own internet navigations are so eloquently summed up in this article.

It's important bc we're being manipulated in the most benign ways, and the more aware we are, the better positioned we are to slow this trend down and eventually turn the tide.

From conspiracy theories, to trolls and bots, we’re fighting a war of propaganda and misinformation. But there are steps you can take to combat it.

Rising tennis superstar Naomi Osaka won her 2nd US Title this weekend, her 3rd Grand Slam win overall.

Throughout the tourney Osaka has put on a masterclass in not only her play but also how to use your voice as an athlete.

For each of her 7 matches she donned a different face mask with the names of Black people killed by Amerikkkan racism: Breonna Taylor, Elijah Mclain, Tamir Rice, Philando Castle, George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Trayvon Martin.

In post-match interviews she was consistently graceful in bringing the attention back to her cause.

Of Haitian and Japanese descent, Osaka also gave us one of the coldest sports quotes ever after claiming the title yesterday:

‘I would like to thank my ancestors because every time I remember their blood runs through my veins I am reminded that I cannot lose’

This is beautiful leadership by one of the best doing it, protect Naomi at all costs!

Any reporting on the 2 LASD officers who were shot yesterday (story here: https://abc7.com/la-deputies-shot-los-angeles-shooting-compton-ambush/6420532/) that doesn't mention the violent gangs running rampant within the ranks of LAPD and the lack of any meaningful, or public, actions being taken to address these gangs is dishonest journalism.

The police force harboring these gangs are the same people brutalizing our communities and murdering our people. They've fostered a culture of death in the streets and are now having to reckon with it, which only further highlights the need to hold police accountable.

Sadly we have to hold cops accountable as a means of doing something that's for their own good.

A big mission of the Black Warriorz project is expanding people's minds with hopes of inspiring real change. We've entered an era where our minds have become a product targeted by big tech and it's completely neutralized us from doing anything about it.

Especially the one in 1973 that showcased America’s own international thuggery in addition to our brutal hegemony.

Salvador Allende was Chile’s rightfully elected leader and the 1st Marxist to be elected president in a liberal democracy in Latin America.

Naturally, as socialists do, he sought to nationalize major industries as he worked to improve the living standards of the working class.

As an empire with both an economic interest in several of these Chilean industries, and a penchant for completely sh****ng on their own working class, America found this turn of events absolutely unacceptable.

It wasn't long before the Kobe & Shaq of American corruption, Nixon and Kissinger, got to work plotting a coup. Don’t take my word for it, here’s what a CIA document had to say about the matter:

‘it is firm and continuing policy that Allende be overthrown by a coup’

Well that's as blunt as it gets lol.

On 9/11/1973, the presidential palace was bombed and the coup was on. Allende was either killed or committed su***de (there are conflicting reports) and Auguston Pinochet was installed in his place.

Pinochet went on to be a ruthless dictator for the next 25 years, responsible for countless human rights violations in the process.

We’re kicking things off with MLK bc one of our core missions is being a reliable, accurate, source of Black stories, and no other Black legacy has been misappropriated than the good reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The legacy of MLK has been whitewashed. As the patron saint of non-violence his martyrdom has been used to pacify Black activism and white allies.
The truth is towards the end of his life he was forced to accept the harsh reality that taking a stance of non-violence in the face of an oppressor who loves violence might not be the most effective approach.
If MLK could see what Amerikkka has done to his image he would be sick. His oppressor assassinated him, then propagandized a warped version of his message against his own people as another tool in upholding white supremacy. Its diabolical and disrespectful (diabolically disrespectful perhaps?)
Following 1967’s ‘long hot summer’ riots, King was blunt in assessing the limitations white people sought to put on Black progress, saying:
‘The white backlash said Negroes should not confuse improvements with equality’
He also expressed frustrations over Black Americans being shut out of the American Dream:
’In the present conditions of a nation glutted with resources it is barbarous to condemn people willing to work to soul-sapping inactivity and poverty.’
This was a man whose heart told him to seek a path of non-violence, but whose brain was now explaining to him why that was a failed approach. These were the words of a man whose image of non-violence was probably about to undergo a rebranding.
Even while offering reassurance to white America you can still hear MLK’s frustrations:
‘The outbursts cannot be considered an insurrection, because insurrections are organized and can sustain themselves for more than a few days. The riots are powered by spontaneous bitter emotions and therefore die out rapidly.’
Consider this an insurrection.

I keep hearing/reading people insist Trump is clean in the Epstein operation (he's not), and they cite a lack of evidence as proof.

Uhhh... do allegations of literal human trafficking against his modeling company count as evidence?

Given everything we've been learning about human trafficking, and the connections we're seeing exposed, this article from 2016 hits a little differently today.

Actually wait - whyyy did a real estate 'tycoon' even own both a modeling agency, and a beauty pageant organization, for almost 20 years in the first place? (an organization, btw, that included teen pageants whose changing rooms this real estate tycoon would walk through)

Of all business ventures this billionaire, with connections to Epstein, could have picked... he just happened to find interest in a line of work that easily doubles as the perfect cover for trafficking (exploitable) women and children?

It's worth mentioning, btw, that we know, for a FACT, traffickers with connections to Epstein used modeling agencies as fronts for their operation.

Jean Luc Brunel is a big time French modeling scout whose whole agency is being reported to be a front for trafficking (fun fact - Trump's slimy Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin's name was found listed on legal documents for a company owned by Brunel!)

This claim is being supported by Epstein victim Virginia Guiffre btw.

I honestly can't get over how this alone doesn't massively implicate him with anyone with common sense - its incredibly stupid and revealing!!!)

This is also especially given that we know, for a fact, Russia has already been spreading misinformation in the form of pandemic propaganda as a way of helping Trump again.
