Wow!!!

What a couple of weeks it has been, all I can say is I am overwhelmed with the support recently on my social media platforms.

My tiktok views have been crazy and the likes even crazier. 55k. 53k. 32k. It’s been beyond my wildest dreams.

My Instagram has been overwhelming. 3.5k followers which have grown since my trip to South Africa.

I have continued my work with farmer.ralph1 and am helping with the launch of a small craft business which is an exciting opportunity.

It’s sad that a smile can hide so much☁️

Mental health is such an important subject yet it is such a taboo. In August I abseiled down the spinnaker tower in aid of to spread awareness for mental health and more important mens mental health as this is something that has affected my life🤍

Last year in England and Wales deaths relating to su***de were 6.9% higher than 2020 statistics at 5,583 deaths. There are organisations such as the who help to provide help and support to those who want to end there life☁️

Be kind. Be understanding. Speak to people how you wish to be spoken to. You can’t judge a book by its cover, you don’t know what is going on in someone’s head and behind closed doors. Let’s just be kind and loving to those around us🤍

And finally to those angels in the sky who have lost their battle with their mental health, you are loved every day by those you left behind. You were too special and far too precious to live on the earth, it was your time to join the angels and fly free from the pain and suffering you faced. We will reunite with you all one day☁️

A little windswept but it was worth it.

Table Mountain is a flat-topped mountain forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town in South Africa. From Table Mountain you will see Robben Island. Robben Island is an island in Table Bay, 6.9 kilometres west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, north of Cape Town, South Africa. Robben Island is most famous as the place where Nelson Mandela, the first democratically elected president of South Africa, was imprisoned for 18 of his 27 years in jail. The island has since become a symbol of the triumph of democracy and freedom over oppression.

The Cape Mountain Zebra is one of South Africa’s most remarkable conservation stories. This beautiful animal was once abundant throughout the Eastern and Western Cape but declined drastically due to hunting and loss of habitat. However, due to conservation efforts, an estimated 4 872 zebras in 76 sub-populations throughout South Africa was recorded in recent years. Their population grows an estimated 9% each year 🦓

Today we decided to go on a boat, past the Knysna Heads, to do a spot of whale watching with

Humpback whales are found in all of the world’s oceans, traveling amazingly long distances to eat and breed each year. The humpback gets its common name from the hump on its back that is visible as they prepare to dive. While humpback bodies are mainly black and grey in color, the white patterns on their pectoral fins, bellies, and the undersides of their tails differ between individuals. Tails (or flukes) can grow to be 18 feet wide and are serrated along the edge with a sharp pointed tip. As distinctive as a human fingerprint, these patterns (in combination with shape, size, and scarring) have been used by scientists to identify and monitor individual whales since the 1970s🐋🐳

We can learn so much from others.

Ostriches are the largest flightless bird, typically found across Africa. Two thirds of their head is taken up with their huge eyes. While Ostriches are no longer used for their feathers, as the feather industry died when cars were introduced into society. Ostriches are now used for their meat and their skin which can be turned into leather. Like most birds, Ostriches have to turn their eggs, to avoid deformities, however we did meet one baby chick who has club foot, and will unfortunately need to be put down due to the quality of life he will have once he grows bigger.

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make.

Where humans and animals can walk in harmony beside one another 🐘

African elephants are the largest animals walking the Earth. Their herds wander through 37 countries in Africa. Despite a ban on the international trade in ivory, African elephants are still being poached in large numbers. Tens of thousands of elephants are being killed every year for their ivory tusks. The ivory is often carved into ornaments and jewellery – China is the biggest consumer market for such products. Insufficient anti-poaching capacity, weak law enforcement and corruption undermine efforts to stop the poaching and trafficking in some countries. It is important to protect these species because they are just beautiful 🐘

Don’t judge a book by its cover. I am a lot smarter than you think.

Why do we all listen to negative criticism? We all focus on the negatives, the thoughts of others that stop you from wanting to achieve your dreams. Why can’t we all be more positive? Why can’t we be happier for others successes? Why is the society we live in so willing to tear others down, no matter the age, gender or race?

Sometimes you have to stop and think. Be grateful for your life. Be happy for others successes. Be kind to everyone.

We truly aren’t grateful for the majestic animals that roam our earth. I have spent the last two days at Addo Elephant National Park, we have been on safari and have seen what felt like a hundred Elephants, along with Zebra, Warthogs, Ostrich’s, Flightless Dung Beetles, Kudo’s, Vervet Monkeys and Red Hartebeest.

We live on an amazing planet with such incredible animals 🤍

I have for the last 2 years focused on myself, wanting to be the best possible version of me. I have worked hard and surrounded myself with people like myself who are wanting to be successful in life and who have a positive energy.

Where have I been? Good question.

First and foremost, I have been working closely with farmer.ralph1 as he entered the vital week before his county show. Coming first in the cattle handling division and third in the lamb handling division.

Secondly, I have been working hard on my social media platforms. I have goals and targets just like the next person.
