STOP DAMAGING YOUR KIDNEY, AVOID EXCESS INTAKE OF THESE 6 THINGS

Kidney is one of the most important part of the human system. It's not too late to unlearn all this things that will damage your kidney. Below are 6 Things You Should Avoid Excessive Intake

1. Eating Processed Food

Most/ All processed food contains phosphorus and sodium. Studies have shown that high intake of phosphorus can cause kidney damage and also affect the bones. Some of these processed food are indomie which most children eat, Sardine and so on. Try eating more DASH diet than processed food.

2. Abusing Painkillers

As we all know that pain killers help to relief pain but do you also know that pain killers also cause kidney damage? Yes excess use of pain killers causes kidney damage.

3. Excessive Intake Of Salt

Salt is made up of sodium which can increase blood pressure and Also cause kidney damage. Flavor your door with herbs and spices instead of salt and in time you may be able to reduce your intake of salt.

4. Eating Too Much Meat

Animal protein generates high amount of acid which causes kidney damage and also Acidosis. Acidosis is a condition in which the kidney cannot eliminate acid fast enough.

5. Taking Food That Contains Too Much Sugar

Sugar has a part to play in obesity which increases you risk of having "high blood pressure" and also "diabetes" which are two leading cause of kidney damage.

6. Excessive Intake Of Alcohol

More than 4 bottels of drinks a day is considered as heavy drinking which can cause chronic kidney disease. Heavy drinkers who also smokes have about five times the chance of having chronic kidney disease.

Note: always take enough water. It helps to clear sodium and toxin from the body. Always drink 1.5 -2.5 liters of water per day (2-4 pints of water)
