Effortless Air-Fried Chicken Breast: Ideal for busy professionals and students striving for a healthy bite on the go!
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of kalamansi
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the cayenne powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and coat them with the marinade on all sides.
4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for proper air circulation.
5. Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for about 14-16 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The exact time may vary based on the size of the chicken breasts and your air fryer's settings. The chicken should be cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the exterior is golden brown and crispy.
6. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
