Highlights of Special Session

• 3rd & Final Reading : An Ordinance Prescribing the New Fare Matrix of the Tricycle for Hire for the Different Routes within Municipality of Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte Amending for the Proposed Municipal Ordinance No. 08-2019, Setting the Guidelines and Violations Thereof.

Malugod pong inaanyayahan ang lahat ng mamamayan ng Jose Panganiban na dumalo sa gaganaping PUBLIC CONSULTATION ngayong darating na BIYERNES, SETYEMBRE 8, 2023, sa ganap na IKA-1:00 NG HAPON sa JOMAPA CONVENTION CENTER. Kung saan dito po ay pag-uusapan ang PROPOSED TRICYCLE FARE RATE bilang pagsunod sa PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO. 297 SERIES OF 2020.

Ipinagdiriwang ngayong araw ang ika-122 taon na pagkakatatag ng Civil Service Comission na may temang "Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes" na naglalayon na hubugin ang mga kawani ng gobyerno sa mas maayos at organisadong pag lilingkod sa ating mga kababayan.
Binuksan ang mahalagang okasyon na ito sa pamamamagitan ng isang misa na sinundan naman ng maikling programa. Dinaluhan ito ng 12 Bayan ng Camarines Norte.

"An Ordinance Prescribing the SPECIAL FARE for the Tricycle Unit for Hire in the Municipality of Jose Panganiban Effective during the Quarantine Period Based on the Inter-Agency Task Force Guidelines and Ruling of the Department of Transportation on the Operation of Public utility Vehicles and shall be Lifted After The COVID-19 Crisis".
