I only learned about white skin in esthetician school.

I don’t typically post or talk about the articles I write on but this one was a long time coming.

I know I am not alone in my lack of education regarding BIPOC skin and I’m ready to see the skincare educational space, textbooks & companies recognize, that in 2022!!!, white skin is not the only skin.

AGA-GLOW Soft Essence $35
✨ Guys... I am such a sucker for fermented essences (this is the boujiest problem ever). This soft essence from Ku:s contains organically grown rice ferment filtrate that is created through a VEGAN fermentation process.

✨ This fermentation helps to brighten, firm, and strengthen the skin through protective antioxidant properties.

AGA-GLOW Serum Concentrate $55
✨ Looks can be deceiving - especially with this serum. I LOVE how lightweight this serum feels despite how thick it looks.

✨ This is a great serum to pack on right after the essence! It similarly contains the rice ferment filtrate along with niacinamide to help brighten the skin and reduce redness.

AGA-GLOW Capsule Cream $60
✨ The best way to keep all the nutrients in the skin in to top it off with a moisturizer

✨This cream has a slight thickness to it, but is not overwhelming. It contains a blend of oils, rice ferment filtrate, and my personal favorite, mango butter! All of these ingredients work together to create a moisturizing barrier on the skin (with an emphasis on brightening)

This was the Busan apartment which also had a lovely roof top just for us.

I was actually so so surprised by the design and space this apartment provided- in comparison to Seoul this was also pretty inexpensive:)
