The last retrospect episode :( for now at least.

It is with a heavy heart that I've decided to pause my podcast. School has been unexpected and presented me with so many things that I would like to try out.

This podcast has given me the opportunity to speak to so many amazing people and for that I am forever thankful.

Perhaps I will return as this is something I've truly enjoyed. However, doing it alone on top of other endeavours has been a struggle and if I am going to do this it has to be 110% which I unfortunately cannot do at the moment.

Thank you for everything. Keep doing you!

She’s back and better than ever ⭐️⭐️

Guys today I’m back on the mic after a sad 2 months of being gone. I explain in the podcast.... 2021 has been strange.

I spoke about how 2020 was a fever dream, how 2021 isn’t much more normal, and my take on law of attraction. I touched on how positive thinking can actually be ruining you, and how it doesn’t really help lol.

⚠️TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

We are talking about deep subjects with the Ted Speaker, Frank King aka .

When I watched his Ted talk I knew I had to have him on the show to speak more about mental health 🧠.

I used to have anxiety and I do go through depressive episodes like the rest of the crowd but I personally never dealt with anything super serious. However, I know lots of people who have, or are, so I wanted to go more in depth.

Why do people become depressed? Why do people commit su***de? Are their SIGNS we can spot in suicidal peers? To get them the help they need? And many more questions.

In addition, Frank has dealt with a condition called chronic suicidal ideation his whole life. Casually viewing su***de as an option for any major or minor inconvenience. It wasn’t until he was older when he realized that this is a common condition among others.

Now he uses his knowledge and platform to spread the word, provide coping methods, WHILE making people laugh at the same time.
