Asari Dokubo, who claimed that the military was complicit in oil theft in the Niger Delta, was refuted by Udengs Eradiri, the former head of the Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide, in an interview with Arise . Eradiri highlighted that attempting to stop the military’s oil theft operations in the Niger Delta region would put them at risk of being shot.
Eradiri also emphasized that the government has already heard similar reports from prior governors, thus these accusations are not new to the administration. He disclosed that some people frequently spend a lot of money hoping to be stationed in the Niger Delta region, and they get upset when they are sent to the northern areas instead.

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, a prisoner of conscience, unequivocally refute the concocted lies and falsehood which the Nigeria Government and it's Security Agencies are peddling to the effect that the criminals and kidnappers with whom the Nigerian DSS and Police have hither to been working together whom they have now eliminated to cover their evil tracks in Anambra State are operatives of ESN and IPOB members. That claim is nothing but the usual lie and propaganda against IPOB and ESN being propagated by a morally bankrupt and shameless Nigerian Security apparatus to discredit our genuine struggle for Self Determination in the International community.
The criminal gang led by Odumodu, who was murdered by the Nigeria Security Agents recently in Anambra State, were not IPOB members nor ESN Operatives. In fact, the murdered criminals were among the names that one of our leaders, Mazi Chinasa Nworu, publicly announced as among the criminals who in collaboration with the Nigerian DSS were being used to impersonate ESN operatives while tormenting our people during one of his Radio Biafra broadcast last month. It is on that very broadcast that he declared them wanted and promised a reward for anyone who can give tips on how to arrest and detain them.
By this very action, IPOB made it clear to all and sundry that these criminals are not ESN Operatives or IPOB members and to prevent these criminals falling into the hands of our gallant ESN operatives, the Nigerian DSS and police had to set them up for elimination. The Nigerian Security agencies must understand that ESN are not riff raffs that can be killed by them anyhow without they the Security agencies loosing on the battle field.

Every economic, social, religious, and political activity in Biafraland will be suspended, with the exception of hospitals, doctors, nurses, ambulances, and other health workers. All other people and workplaces are advised to sit at home.
Once again only hospitals and health workers are free to open and go about on May 30, 2023 (Biafra Heroes and Heroines Rememberance Day) to take care of our ones and the pregnant mothers and all other sectors including police stations should be under locks and keys within Biafra territory. We call on industries, companies, transport companies(air, land, and sea) hotels, schools, and churches to shut down in honor of our heroes and heroines. Also, Biafrans in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria are encouraged to join the seat at home order on that day its only one day. Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), on Thursday, criticised the Supreme Court over adjournment of the hearing of the case involving the acclaimed leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
HURIWA also alleged that the Federal Government’s fresh nine new grounds of appeal against Kanu was incredibly criminal. Besides, HURIWA accused President Muhammadu Buhari of creating the spectacular security crises in Igboland by his arbitrary ex*****on of draconian military action against perceived members of IPOB, stressing that military actions since Nnamdi Kanu was first arrested has undermined peace, economic growth and have created security nightmares in South-Eastern States.
HURIWA asked President Muhammadu Buhari to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu immediately and unconditionally in compliance with an extant judgment of the Court of Appeal which freed Nnamdi Kanu.
HURIWA, in a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Emmanuel Onwubiko, said the perpetual adjournment of the case of the IPOB leader by the courts since mid-2021 is a tactic by the regime of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) to perpetually deny Kanu of his fundamental right to freedom.
The group called on the United Nations Human Rights Council to visit to Kanu in the custody of the Department of State Services to ascertain the health condition of Nnamdi Kanu and hundreds of other detainees including those who have disappeared without trace since Muhammadu Buhari’s civilian junta came on board in 2015.
At the resumed hearing on Thursday, counsel for Nnamdi Kanu, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), informed the court of his motions seeking for bail of his client and another seeking for his transfer to Kuje Correctional Center to get proper medical attention, citing his failing health at the custody of the DSS.
The court subsequently fixed May 11 for a hearing on the pending motion and the main appeal.

“The mass return of our people during this forthcoming population census will help us quantify the population of Biafrans in Nigeria. They have always told the world that we are a dot with an insignificant population” – Nnamdi Kanu, leader Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, April 5, 2023.
I can understand the frustrations, anger and sense of impatience of Mr Kanu who is arrayed against a lawless Federal Government in what is supposed to be a democracy. A competent court of law had ordered that he be set free; the FG had even been asked to pay him damages. But, Buhari and his Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, in executive lawlessness, have disobeyed the court order, as they have done several others, thereby weakening our democracy. To be quite candid, it didn’t take very long after May 29, 2015 that Buhari’s concept of democracy became “government of the North, by the North and for the North” – particularly the North-West, Katsina and Daura.
That is why, despite all the bloodshed by bandits, kidnappers and herdsmen, since 2015, no single northern hoodlum has been brought to justice. People who were responsible for the deaths of thousands of their fellow Nigerians, including school children; sent millions into Internally Displaced Persons’ camps, created unknown numbers of orphans, widows and widowers; drove millions of farmers off the land, are roaming around free – because they come from the North. Southerners, particularly Kanu, who are agitating for self-determination for their people, are in prison or being hunted down for official assassination. Surprisingly, all these are the policies of a Muslim President, who swore to uphold justice for all without favours. I know Buhari prays five times a day as enjoined by the Holy Quran. But, it is doubtful if he can beat his chest and claim he had dispensed equal justice; certainly not to Kanu.
Like it or not, Kanu has emerged as one of Nigeria’s most powerful leaders. Anybody who can order the Igbo to stay at home; not go to their sheds and get the instruction obeyed is a leader of the people who ordinarily don’t toy with their daily bread. Kanu succeeded in doing this for a long period throughout the South-East. We may take exception to the strong arm tactics sometimes adopted to enforce the orders. But, the results are indisputable. He even had to be appeased to allow the 2023 elections to hold in Igboland; and his implied support for a candidate certainly influenced the outcomes to some extent.

Biafra: Solitary Confinement Is Worst Than Death, Reason Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Should Be Released

According to Alex Kozinski in his journal on solitary confinement titled "worst than death". Legal practitioners and activists for decades have questioned the constitutionality of our criminal justice system and its most severe punishments. They have tried to know and question the legality, is lethal injection okay or not?. What about the arm firing squad?. How about life sentences for pirates or drug possessors or people who pass rubber checks?.
We hear remarkably little about what may be the most severe punishment of all in solitary confinement. Lurking in the shadows of the conversation about inhumane punishments are some hundred thousand (100,000) souls who spend twenty-three (23) hours a day alone in a cell that is equivalent to the size of a parking space.
Solitary confinement is a form of imprisonment in which the inmate lives in a single cell with little or no meaningful contact with other people outside. A prison may enforce stricter measures to control contraband on a solitary prisoner and use additional security equipment in comparison to the general population.

The attention of the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the indefatigable Liberator and prophet Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the childish and fabricated lies from Nigeria's Secret Police, Department of State Services (DSS) accusing Godwin Emefele, the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor (CBN), of funding the great movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Now the world knows why Fulanized DSS was hail bent on arresting Mr. Emefele at all costs. They want to frame, arrest, and humiliate him out of CBN as they did to other south Easterners who worked for them, thinking they were friends of the Fulani rulers of Nigeria but they didn't know that the Fulani keep no friends. They should also keep in mind that they want another Janjaweed to take over their Fulanization agenda and continue the subjugation of the nations and people forced into this Luciferian enclave called the Zoological Republic of Nigeria.
We are waiting for when DSS out of confusion and desperation will accuse the mask wearer, an imposter president called Buhari of funding IPOB. This divine unstoppable movement of IPOB has put the DSS and Fulani government of Nigeria in disarray. They have accused Tom, Dick, and Harry of sponsoring IPOB. We want our enemies to know that IPOB is on a divine mission, and our actions will remain mysterious to DSS until Biafra is restored.
For record sake, IPOB doesn't know the person called Godwin Emefele. We just know that he is the man in charge of the corrupt financial institution they call CBN. Godwin Emefele doesn't have money to finance IPOB because IPOB is bigger than him, and his government entity including the DSS makes such spurious idiotic, and insulting allegations.
IPOB movement is being financed and sponsored by its members scattered all over the world through our free-will financial support. DSS can't claim ignorance of such sources of funding of IPOB because they have the intelligence unless they want to tell the world that they are daft.
DSS as an institution has displayed yet again ignorance and stupidity by saying that Emefele uses CBN money to sponsor IPOB. IPOB Intel will soon expose DSS's secret sponsor of ISWAP, Boko Haram terrorists, and bandits in the North. Moreso, DSS should not forget that they are behind the unknown gunmen activities in the Southeast. The DSS Director and his criminal agents should stop blackmailing IPOB because it wouldn't stop our push for an UN-supervised referendum. He who lives in a glass house should not throw stones. IPOB Intel is more sophisticated than DSS, and time will tell.
This latest DSS false accusation against Mr. Emefele shows how clueless and uninformed they are about IPOB activities.
DSS should stop dragging themselves into the mud and stop blackmailing IPOB, or our matters will destroy them. How can an institution Like DSS turn itself into public deception, ridicule, and lying machine?
Emefele is working for our enemies and will not have a part with IPOB. Our leader told those Southerners who work for Nigeria that they will come back in shame. The same curse is working on Emefele now.
This DSS accusation of Emefele is the case of giving a dog a bad name to justify its killing. Remember, this is the same way this Fulani government through the same fulanized DSS falsely accused former CJN, Walter Onneghen from the South (Biafra) of non-existing corruption, arrested him and disgracefully fired him and replaced him with the most corrupt CJN in Nigeria's history to date, Mohammed Tanko, the Janjaweed Sharia Court Judge.
We understand the divide and conquer tactics and the fulanization agenda of this government. IPOB is on a divine mission, and we shall not be stopped until Biafra Nation is restored.

Sit-at-Home Continues Across Igbo Land As Igbos Unheed IPOB's Suspension Of Same The suspension of today's sit-at-home across Igbo Land as announced by IPOB has recorded substantial failure or non compliance as conscientious Igbos defy same and cocoon themselves at home. In Anambra State, major markets including Onitsha Main Market, Bridgehead, Ogbaru Relief, Electronics, Ochanja, New Parts, Ogidi Building Materials markets and others are all deserted by traders. Even when some of them have their main entrances opened by market officials and market security, traders still stayed away and did not open their shops. Though major schools are on holidays in Anambra State, but those in river-line areas that are supposed to open for classes are also deserted with their puppils and students staying at home. Across other major Igbo Land's blue-collar areas and cities, including Aba and blue-collar parts of Imo, Ebonyi, Enugu,Delta and Rivers, the story is the same. Prior to today's botched suspension of sit-at-home, on Sat, for instance, traders and transporters were seen in clusters discussing and insisting that they must stay off their markets and shops today. Many of them also held that the sudden suspension of the sit-at-home was suspense and on their own, observing same is their own little way of contributing to the struggle for the protection and emancipation of the Great Igbo Ethnic Nationality which had since 2015, in particular, been facing exterminable threats on the grounds of their birth, existence, ethnicity, development, culture and religion. Hope Wadell came to Calabar about 1846, the Obong of Calabar and the family were already trading with Europeans and keeping records, so they had education. Coincidentally today 27th July makes it 163 years Christianity, followed by education came to Igbo land through the expedition of Samuel Ajayi Crowther. They arrived Onitsha 27th July 1857. This brought about, evangelisation on both banks of Niger-Asaba on the left and Onitsha on the right. First Europeans, Portuguese arrived Nigeria-Ishekiri/Benin Kingdom 1485, long before slave trade. Even with this the Delta Igbos embraced education more than the Benin, Urhobo and the Ishekiris after 1857. When Midwest was created out of Old Western region, in the 60s of the 12 permanent Secretaries that left Ibadan to Benin, the new capital, 9 were delta Igbos. Of the 9 Doctors at Benin Central Hospital, 8 were delta Igbos. The Judiciary had Idigbe and other Igbo speakining people.
