You know that feeling you have when there are 8000 things on your to-do list, your kids are sick and you’ve got a work deadline in 4 hours, and your dishwasher just broke?!🙈🤯

Yeah, I’m talking about overwhelm today.

This week I (Kim) am sharing one particular moment from a simple Peloton workout where I was able to catch myself in a crappy negative thought loop, change gears and chill the heck out.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a Peloton…this theme is universal!

I’m also sharing a few strategies that I’ve learned over the years that have really helped me work through some tough moments where I felt completely stuck.

I promise they’re simple because overwhelmed people ain't got time for complicated!

Mariangelica Forero from Honest Hustle is a force to be reckoned with, to say the least.💗

Mariangelica is an entrepreneur, digital marketer and strategist, wife, mother, and a self-proclaimed night owl. In October 2020, she founded The Honest Hustle Club, an incredible community of like-minded entrepreneurs who have become family!

She believes strongly in the power of women coming together in a community to support and uplift one another.

In today's episode, we discuss how her life started here in Canada. An immigrant from Venezuela, she and her family had to fight for their right to stay in Canada and to be worthy to be a part of this community.

Now she teaches other women to feel worth in their business and in themselves. She has created an immense community and has so much inspiration to share. ✨✨✨
