Thank you to everyone that has helped me so far in this situation I'm stuck with. You know who you are. Whether it was donations on the live stream or direct. We are at just about 10% of the $4k needed to Save my home. I have til Nov 13th at the lastest to make this happen. It's a start and it has hit me in a way that I can't describe. So I debated doing this and didn't want to put my personal business on Facebook because I hate doing that but a lot of people are reaching out and asking what's going on so here's it is... My parents were not the wealthiest people ever but we made it by. I had no clue my mom and dad were behind on property taxes and the tax claim office waited nearly 10 years to inform me. I get this delivered Saturday Oct 19th as you see it is in their name Dennis Miller (dad) and Linda Colanduoni (mom) The tax bill is now in my name (Dennis Miller II) because my brother and I got everything transferred when my mom passed in 2015.

I don't understand why they would wait so long to inform me and wait til the last minute. Also i do not understand why the balance due would not get transferred into my name when i took over ownership of my my home. I'll be completely honest here, I got behind on my taxes 2-3 years ago (in my name) and had this happen for like 3 grand i was behind. I did get on a payment plan and took care of it, got it all caught back up. Continued to pay my property taxes normally to date.

The collection officer that delivered this tells me that they see I've been paying every year but the back taxes in mom and dad's name need paid. If I knew this, I could've been paying a little extra every year on my taxes towards it or something. There was and is no previous balance due on my taxes showing these back taxes due on the property. I am sure they will set up a payment plan as I've been through this before but they will want a large percentage of the balance due I believe it's like 30-40% which is totally out of my budget in such a short amount of time. So yea I dunno what im gonna do.

I find this totally unfair and need to make a miracle happen in less than a month. Thank you all to everyone that did reach out. As many of you know I've been through the ringer so many damn times and yes I just keep pushing. This one got me extremely worried. If you do reach out via text, messenger, or on this post and I don't respond I may be passed out as I barely even got any sleep last night probably won't get much tonight.

UPDATE ON TAX LEVY... It wasn't good what they wanted. The original number was $5980 to be put on a payment plan. I asked if there was any way to get that lower at all and she had to talk to her director. The Director called me back and I explained the situation that I had no clue about this and it's pretty unfair that I have to come up with such a large amount in such a short amout of time. These taxes are from 2011-2014. I tried to get it at $3k she said $4k is the minimal amount they can do to get put on the payment plan.

With that being said I called my credit union and they cannot give me another loan due to my current personal loan I am paying on for my uncles funeral costs. I hate asking for handouts or help and I will not set up a go-fund me due to the the ridiculous percentage they take. Yes I do well in what I do for a living and i will be working to make as much as i can towards this debt but this is way over my budget in such a short amount of time. I hate feeling like a charity case but have no other real options but to ask for help. So with that being said if you'd like to or can help in any way to help me save my home I'd greatly appreciate it. As most of you know ive been through the ringer in the past 10 years and i dont give up. My paypal and cashapp are both available. Thank you genuinely in advance with all of my heart.

Must say its awesome seeing all the new faces in the stream and fellow competitors that stop by. I truly am enjoying iRacing a lot and making improvements very fast to my stats. The sim rig and new content is pretty much a dream come true. I appreciate all of your support a ton. Here are my stats so far to date and some awars i recieved. As you can see my Safety rating and iRating have all gone up a bunch! I will eventually work on formula and dirt road racing as well but my main focuses are the 3 i went up in (Road Track, Asphalt Oval, and Dirt Oval. This game is unreal with how realistic everything feels. Not bad for 2 weeks in.
