Nearly 100 years ago, the Groveland Apartment Hotel opened its doors as the most luxurious hotel in Minneapolis. Its transformation to an ownership cooperative in 1946 and the ongoing commitment to preservation of the building’s splendor, have defined 510 Groveland as an icon of the Minneapolis landscape.
