➡️ Roles & Responsibilities
- Familiarizing themselves with all products and services offered by our company
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Negotiating with clients to secure the appropriate service prices/rates
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Keeping prospective client database updated
- Run Google/Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads or any form of performance marketing
- Creating processes to scale lead generation
- Being data and conversion driven, and constantly thinking about how to use tools,
dashboards to make their lives easier
- Being able to coordinate with the team using tools like Slack, Notion, sheets and other tools
➡️ Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of Google sheets, MS Office, and similar tools
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must be able to create good presentations
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
- Experience with running digital ads on various platforms is a plus
