Wendy Papasan kindly caught me by surprise when she started her interview with a compliment to me. The compliment confirmed a message I have taught for years, we are always on stage. More often, than not, we do not realize how many people are listening and creating a perception of you. Her perception helped me realize how far my presence had expanded.

It took me many years to BELIEVE how I have become a thought leader, an expert, and a voice for authenticity and leadership. This expanded from real estate to insurance to hospitality and so much more.

As you celebrate all you love today, people first, may each of us also celebrate loving the opportunity to invest in each other and give them reminders of how valuable their presence is.

Thank you, again, Wendy Papasan and Predictive ROI, who suggested Wendy was someone who would be a great fit for this podcast! Of course, Jay Papasan's and so many others will get featured again as we highlight different messages.

Overall, may each and every one reading this message, believe in the value you give, truly hear and receive the value others see in you!

Happy Valentines Day to all!

Quite a subject to consider…

In the simplest sense of the term, Virtual Assistants are (generally) self-employed experts who work remotely. They’re skilled in providing administrative, technical, and creative assistance to businesses that need an extra hand with everyday operations. This week we’re talking with Dave Braun from HireMyVA.com. Dave helps people to reclaim their business freedom through hiring and thriving with virtual assistants via multiple courses and a community, as well as a White Glove service that finds amazing VAs from the Philippines. Listen in this week to hear why hiring a VA may be your missing link: https://buff.ly/3btwr8W

Our most recent episode awaiting your thoughts…

Whether we’re conscious of it or not, it’s only human nature to react in order to adapt to our environment… but what happens when our knee-jerk reactions are misrepresentations of who we want to be? Or cause us to make a poor decision? Instead, how do we choose to thoughtfully respond to our emotional triggers? In this week’s episode of Addressing the Elephant in the Room, coach April Ballestero talks about the defining difference between a response and a reaction, how it shows up in conversation, and how we can choose to heighten our self-awareness to improve our response-ability.
