we are sooo excited to announce that issue iii of perediza has begun 📖. thanks to the amazing love and support for issues i and ii, both of which sold out, we’ve taken on the challenge to create our most unique, striking, critical, and shocking issue yet, which will take the world by storm ⛈️ with issue iii!

our submissions are now open 🤹🏻‍♀️. please read the details in this post for the requirements 🔐.
don’t hesitate to ask us questions and dm us—don’t be shy! we are here to help and support you every step of the way. issue iii is coming—how exciting could this be? i’m so proud of us and our progress in creating a refined media built to criticise and question society to make it better.

INHABITING YOU?

The journey of relocating to a new country is an emotional odyssey, whether by choice or necessity. While forging a new life, one finds themselves assimilating into the fabric of a fresh city. Simultaneously, the city subtly imprints its essence onto the individual’s material world – a transport card, a new set of keys, or shoes adapted to unfamiliar weather. Amidst this exchange, a question emerges: Are you inhabiting the city, or is the city inhabiting you? This photo project seeks to unravel the artefacts that bind individuals to their new dwellings, exploring new everyday habits in migration.

We look to inspire students to dive into their creative endeavours with confidence. We will explore the world of magazines and discover how to start your own projects! 💙

We will present on perediza history as well as Clare Market Review which is the oldest student-run journal in the UK, publishing the best of the creative talent in its annual print magazine. Submission to contribute to Clare is open until March 12th for this year’s theme on “Hope/Horror.” 💙

You will have the chance to tell young entrepreneurs about your own ambitions and goals! 💙

This beautiful store that we mentioned in the most recent digital article piece featured on our website (link in bio) has a special history. Starting as a traditional newsagent, Shreeji evolved to be a magazine/publication store with a fantastically curated collection that we are so proud to be a part of!

Visit store at their Chiltern St. branch in the atmospheric corners of Baker Street to purchase issue ii of today. Make sure to grab a tasty coffee with them as well and say hi!
