If it’s weight loss, or anything else, treating yourself is taking immediate action.

We always beat ourselves up for that “last treat”. For putting off what we truly want for ourselves. The only way to build self discipline is to start building self discipline.

What you do today determines your tomorrow.

Today I got both legs off of the floor for a headstand. I got excited and nervous and put my legs down and decided I’ll work on it fresh tomorrow....I did nearly 3 hours of yoga today. I want to push myself but I don’t want to be irresponsible about it.
In only one week my stretches are further, my poses held more sturdily and I’m feeling wonderful all over. I am pushing myself further with every single move and focusing more and more on breathing into specific body areas.

I have always looked at yoga as something impossible for me to do. It looks so complex and challenging. Then I decided I am worth the challenge. My body is capable of challenge and my body craves challenge. What the challenge does for my mind, the fact that for the first time I’m challenging myself to better me rather than someone else really makes me feel great.
Truth is, we can all do that thing that looks impossible. It takes time and choosing everyday to set up for tomorrow. 🥰🥰🥰

How we wake up is so important. Waking up in a rush, a frenzy...barely taste your coffee, hurry and be busy right away.

Or, embrace waking up. Embrace opening your eyes and feeling your bed under your body. Take a moment there. Just to wake up. Get up slower. Start your day with peace you control.
Enjoy waking up so much that you wake a little earlier.
While enjoying coffee, enjoy stretching your body. It could be ten minutes of stretching and breathing but those ten minutes are going to start your day as a person in peace, in control and happy.

Yoga came into my life and I fell in love! It seems I can’t get enough. 2 hours a day only leaves me craving more.
It is stretching, releasing, extending, strengthening every part of my entire body while focusing on joy and peace.
There’s so many benefits to yoga other than the body appearance. The mind. The internal organs. It is everything.
This is also something I enjoy with my children. My daughter does yoga with my while my son focuses on strength...handstands, lifting and tossing his 35 pound dummy over and over. And he joins us for neck and back stretches!
My kids and I begin our day with yoga stretching and end our night the same!!

I fell in love with cold cream when I was a little girl watching an elegant woman on television get herself ready for the night and she applied cold cream to her face. Lol.
I used it daily for many years and I never aged. I just realized I haven’t used this in 2 years and my skin is changing. Time to give this a go again!!

This is an outstanding book!!! This explains exactly what life what like in the time Jesus walked the Earth. Once we understand the times, propriety and order we truly understand and have an accurate depiction of just how God Jesus walked this Earth. He was not this meek little thing we are taught. He is God full throttle. Fearless. Like when we are in our own home, things aren’t going right...we handle business. That’s Jesus bc He’s God as man and He was nothing short of Boss. It was clear His kindness was Mercy and Love.
Anyhow, this book shows...in my opinion such a great example, an example easier to follow.

The Star of Bethlehem tonight!!! To me this signifies the birth of greatness, the wall breaker, the unlocking of the chains of 2020.

So many have been bound in pain, sorrow, loneliness and loss of many things but I cannot help but feel this (I am covered in chills of the Holy Spirit as I write and they are multiplying!) is the turning point. Really. Like it sounds cliche to say 2021 will be different when nothing changes but what changes is not visible. What changes is the energies in the world. Not by voodoo but by God who created the shift to I can only assume create the shift in the heart of humanity who had grown so cold and selfish.
People have prayed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 that never prayed. People have helped others who’ve lost their income, people have focused on small businesses to support and keep PEOPLE afloat. (Chills climbing my skin again) this time has been a painful gift to many. This time has tested the hearts of man snd so many have passed! This time has brought the strong to their knees bowing before the King.
We’ve all felt the pain but like birth the beauty and life comes from it.

God is not limited. His desire for a relationship with mankind is 2020 strong.
