They don't really define superpowers but based off the characters I know Mockingbird and Moon Knight have powers, Captain America wasn't put on this list so I assume they consider people with the super solider serum to have powers so Natasha shouldn't be on here since she has a version of it, and Star Lord is a human hybrid so he has enhanced strength and ages slower. I'm not familiar with DC besides the big names so if you see anyone else that should be on this list let us know.

Superheroes like Superman and Spider-Man are incredible characters that fans love, but they stand as ideal people that no real person could ever emulate. They are, after all, superheroes with superpowers, but they aren't the only people in their respective universes fighting crime and kicking...

Though Galactus is male (He was a survivor of the end of his universe and was reborn as Galactus during the big bang) different sentient races see him differently so it's not outrageous if he is a woman.
