Dave Chappelle... He's a comedian that doesn't really make me laugh but he makes me think.

Why are white people everyone else's problem and why aren't white people protesting this stereotype? In Dave's special he says effectually that his issue was never with the gender community but his issue was always with white people.

Walmart has CRT diversity training for upper leadership were systemic racism was blamed solely because of white people..."white is not right". Coca-Cola had diversity training on how to be less white. Hasbro, the toy company, had CRT training on how infants were racist. California requires CRT training to graduate high school. Oregon says showing your math is racist. There are so many more examples but how will the nation heal from this when they are being taught hate and guilt to graduate school and keep their jobs?

California just set a precedence for reparation by returning land to a black family. Bruce's Beach if you want to look it up. When do the Japanese Americans get their reparations for losing their homes and being sent to internment camps during world war II which is another question. How do Asians fit into the systemic racism equation when there is even currently still systemic racism against them. Colleges raise the SATs requirement for Asians to allow more diversity in their classes. If we were to believe systemic racism determines outcome, then why are Asians and Indians so successful as a demographic in America? Now let's look at the other Indians... Natives have received reparation and live under a form of socialism and yet they are probably the least successful demographic in America. How did making amends for the past help out the Natives?

If the blame of systemic racism can be blamed at white people, you have to ask what does being white mean? If we're willing to characterize white people being the problem... Well then who exactly is white? Is it Scottish, Irish, British, German, etc. On the flip side... Who exactly is black? Is it Nigerian, Jamaican, Ethiopian, Haitian? Are you advocating for diversity when you want people of different color and gender OR are you actually promoting racism by believing people act a certain way according to their skin color or gender? I was just in a workshop where I was instructed in order to promote diversity and to make sure that I wasn't racist, I needed to keep track of the color of my customers and my professional circle. How is this mindset not racist?

Now let me talk of my favorite hate group...BLM. One of the things I find interesting is that according to their literature, one of their role models is "Malcolm X pre-Mecca". His trip to Mecca was a defining point in Malcolm X's value system. Before he went, white man was the devil. When he came back he spoke about the manipulation of Elijah Muhammad and the nation of Islam and stopped attacking people according to their color of their skin. I personally would think a group would want a role model that offered more love and less hate but it doesn't seem to be the case with BLM.
Dave Chappelle attempted to make amends with the gender community by stating that he won't do any more jokes until he sure both sides are laughing. I think that it was his way to heal.

So after we blame white people for all of the ills of society and focus on diversity as the goal, The question is...

How do we heal from this? How do we look white people in the face who had nothing to do with systemic racism and explain that we weren't talking about them... We were talking about the other white people that are the problem.

However well intended, the reality is focus of diversity and equality of outcome is communist and will destroy America if we're afraid of having respectful conversations to counter the message of hate. Instead of the focus of how we're different, let's focus on our similarities and work on the content of our character and our culture as Americans.

Some of my influences are Yuri Bezmenov for the dangers of communist groups, Darryl Davis for the importance of having uncomfortable conversations and Jordan Peterson on personal accountability and dangers of a victim mentality.
