Something interesting…

We hear that we don’t have to keep the law of Moses but keep the law Messiah gave because it was before Moses…

So Cain, why was his offering not accepted?

Scripture says:
“In the course of time Cain brought to YaHUaH an offering of the fruit of the ground, and Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions. And YaHUaH had regard for Abel and his offering, but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his face fell.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭4‬:‭3‬-‭5‬ ‭.ESV

Where else have we heard this??

“All that open the womb are mine, all your male livestock, the firstborn of cow and sheep.
The best of the firstfruits of your ground you shall bring to the house of YaHUaH your Mighty Power. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.””
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭34‬:‭19‬, ‭26‬ ‭ESV‬‬

- Cain brought the fruit of the ground
- Abel brought the firstborn of his flock and the fat portions

So, is this the law of Moses or the law of Messiah?

If it’s the law of Moses, how did Cain and Abel know what and what not to do?

If it is the law of Messiah, how do we follow it?
