Before i started yoga I already had migraine. My meds was almost 5k a month it was pain in the ass so i was looking for a very cheap remedy. And so found yoga. Started yoga since 2010 by self practice and sometimes with videos. And i thank myself for pursuing it. After weeks of practicing boom ! Migraine gone!.Thank you Yoga! Anyway I always dreamed to be a yoga teacher as well. Never ever had a moment to think that it will come true.

Yoga helps me when i feel down, happy ,angry ,mad, tired ,sore, stress, depress,cramps ,headaches ,migrainelike almost everything you name it, including mentally,physically,emotionally. There is no time that I regret by doing it. Everytime im on my mat hand and feet or lets just say 8 limbs 😉 it feels heaven. And i think like yoga is my best friend. There are times while im doing yoga my tears just fell and you cannot stop it. And the joy you feel inside is overwhelming. I also feel feel newborn child after doing it. I always want to feel that way thats why i keep on practicing. By exhaling you are releasing tension and stress to your body while inhaling you are collecting new positive energy.

So Now i am a Certified Yoga Teacher after almost 10 years of practicing. It wasn’t easy but im happy. Yoga is not about perfecting those poses its about how and what you feel when you are in that position. And yes YOGA is not a religion. Yoga is to UNITE or COMBINE no matter what religion you are. YOGA is SPIRITUAL practice not a RELIGION!

Sun Salutation A in Sankrit Surya Namaskar A

The sun sustains life on earth. Our ancient seers acknowledged this and revered the Sun. The Surya Namaskar is an appreciation in motion that is offered to the sun. It involves twelve yoga postures or asanas signifying the sun's cycles which run at approximately twelve and a quarter years. If your system is invigorated, then your cycle will be in harmony with the solar cycle. The Surya Namaskar helps create this harmony between your physical cycle and that of the sun.

Performing the Sun Salutation provides many health benefits. It reduces the tension from your body and mind, improves circulation, regulates your breathing, and stimulates your central nervous system. According to ancient yogis, this asana also activates the Manipura (Solar plexus) Chakra, which is located in the navel area and is called the second brain. This increases the creative and intuitive abilities of an individual.
