In this interview, we discussed some critical reasons why dental health matters. Nadira shared some tips on brushing, flossing, using toothpaste, and how often you should visit the dentist's office and change your toothbrush. For her, dental hygiene matters because:
1. Your oral health is linked to your general health. For example, poor oral health can increase the risk of Endocarditis.

2. It prevents oral diseases/ infections.

3. It prevents cavities and halitosis (bad breath)

Lulu shared what happened in her life that caused her to lose confidence as well as how she was able to overcome it. She also shared some of her lessons- Her biggest lesson was constantly looking in the mirror and seeing what God sees. Another is to surround yourself with the right company and discover who you are.
