As 2024 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the 300+ coaches and athletes who gave me a sense of purpose this year. Purpose that wasn’t just about building a product or a platform, but about witnessing authenticity, humanity, and the raw, unfiltered stories and experiences that you so willingly shared with a complete stranger.

As an entrepreneur, my work begins with nothing more than a figment of imagination—a spark of an idea that, with relentless effort, grows into reality. It’s a journey that demands discipline, resilience, and a willingness to sacrifice everything in pursuit of something greater. This year, you gave me the discipline to stay the course. You reminded me why this work matters and why these sacrifices are worth it.

Through your courage to let me into your world—to share your journeys, your triumphs, and your struggles—you showed me the power of connection and vulnerability. You trusted me with your stories, and in doing so, you gave OnThree its heart and soul. In sports, success is measured by consistency—the ability to perform at a high level even when faced with adversity. Those who choose comfort over discipline might experience short-term success, but they won’t reach the highest levels. Lasting achievement demands a mindset of unwavering commitment to hard work, regardless of the challenges. True champions rise by doing what others won’t, day in and day out.
