जम्मू। शिवसेना (यूबीटी) जम्मू-कश्मीर इकाई ने प्रदेश में ड्यूल पावर सिस्टम को खत्म कर, जनता द्वारा चुनी हुई सरकार के अधिकारों की बहाली व जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस बल की जवाबदेही तय करने के लिए राज्य सरकार के अधीन करने की मांग की है ।
पार्टी प्रदेश मध्यवर्ती कार्यालय में आयोजित आज एक कार्यक्रम में पार्टी की नीतियों व विचारों से प्रभावित करीब दो दर्जन युवकों ने पार्टी का दामन थामा।
इस मौके पर उपस्थित पार्टी प्रदेश प्रमुख मनीश साहनी ने कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में लागू ड्यूल पावर सिस्टम से जम्मू संभाग सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हो रहा है। शांतिप्रिय माने जाने वाले जम्मू संभाग के आतंकी अपने पांव जमाने की फिराक में है। साल 2024 से जम्मू संभाग के 10 में से 8 जिलों में आतंकी हमले हो चुके हैं। वहीं बढ़ती अपराधिक गतिविधियां, नशा तस्करी, गैंगवार, गौ तस्करी तथा महिलाओं के विरुद्ध अपराधिक घटनाओं में लगातार बढ़ोतरी से आमजन दहशत के साये में जीने को विवश है।
हाल ही में जम्मू शहर के बीचोंबीच दिनदहाड़े चली गोलीबारी और आरोपियों के आसानी से फरार होने तथा सप्ताह तक का समय बीतने के बावजूद पुलिस के खाली हाथ होने से जनता में आशंका का माहौल व्याप्त है।
पुलिस अधिकारी इसे गैंगवॉर की आम घटना बता रहे हैं और माननीय उपराज्यपाल द्वारा इसपर कोई प्रतिक्रिया तक देना उचित नहीं समझा गया। इतना ही नहीं विधानसभा में पुलिस बल व प्रदेश की सुरक्षा को लेकर कोई प्रश्न पूछने पर भी रोक लगाने के साथ ही उपराज्यपाल की अनुमति जरूरी बना दी गई है।
साहनी ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के हर फैसले पर सहमति जताने वाले जम्मू संभाग को मौजूदा सिस्टम का सबसे ज्यादा खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ रहा है
साहनी ने केंद्र की मोदी सरकार से जम्मू-कश्मीर से उपराज्यपाल शासनकाल का अंत करने, राज्य दर्जा बहाली के साथ पुलिस बल को जवाबदेही के साथ राज्य सरकार के अधीन करने की मांग की है।
इस मौके पर मीनाक्षी छिब्बर, विकास बख्शी, भारत महाजन, बलवंत सिंह, रोहन मलवाल, मंजीत सिंह, अमित शर्मा, सक्षम, हर्ष कुमार अमन वर्मा, अर्पित शर्मा, विशाल कुमार मौजूद रहे।
