It's our firm belief at Sanctuary that isolation is the Number One tool that the enemy is using to take down women in leadership. Through this platform it is Sanctuary's endeavor to open the conversation with off-limits topics, share some love, laughter, and encouragement, and inspire more authentic conversation among ministry wives.

This was simply beautiful, the reminder to not retreat away from people, or isolate, but retreat toward His presence, discovering soul-filling solitude. Our FB Live featured Sanctuary team member as she spoke to one of the Top 3 needs of ministry wives—community.

Mondays can either give us a false sense of success or a false sense of failure. Pastors quit often on Mondays. Others revel in the shadow of Sunday’s happenings. But at the end of the day, good, faithful service is what is required by the One who called you. Take a deep breath, dear friend. He didn’t call you to become a great famous star, a media influencer, a mega church pastor, or a stage-ready co-pastor. He requires you to be a good, faithful servant.
