I had leftover spinach yesterday so I made the Sweet Spinach and Banana Muffins recipe by for my 9 month old. The best thing is they are made in the blender with minimum mess and aren’t too sweet for baby. My 5 year old will also enjoy one in his Yumbox tomorrow!
