Okay, although I've answered this same question a million times already, I'll announce it one more time.
Valorant Mobile is currently in an ongoing beta test and is not accepting applications for beta testing at the moment. Therefore, even if you have the link to Valorant Mobile or have the app installed on your phone, you still won't be able to access the game for the following reasons:
1. You did not sign up for the Valorant Mobile beta testing; therefore, your account won't be recognized by the system.
2. The beta testing is full and is not accepting new registrations, which is self-explanatory.
3. Your phone is not on the list of supported devices for beta testing.
