"𝑩𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒"

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | On December 14, the Bicol College Junior High School Department conducted an outreach project with the theme, "Hands-On Learning: Club Workshop Supporting Community Growth." This outreach was to support 60 selected beneficiaries of Kilicao Junior High School from grade 7-10 residing Alcala, Daraga, Albay in their skill-building works and assist students who are in need of educational resources.

The event started with an opening program which was hosted by Ms. Delia L. Secretario -the Academic Coordinator of the Junior High School Department to welcome the high school students, followed by giving out lunch meals provided by the faculty. The students were guided in their designated classrooms and clubs, where various interactive activities and workshops happened and planned by club members of BCJHS. The clubs involved are Arts & Crafts and Culinary Club, Samafil, Performing Arts Club, Science Club, Multimedia Club, and Sports Club.

After the various workshops, the students presented their outputs and what they have learned during the activities they participated. This included science experiment, sabayang pagbigkas, sports demonstration, along with dance and song numbers. Packs of school supplies were distributed to the beneficiaries along with certificates of appreciation.

The project was headed by Mrs. Elma B. Ordan-the BCJHS Outreach Coordinator, with the help of Faculty Members and Staff, SSG officers, and fellow students of BCJHS.

This ceremony was hosted by Mrs. Marimar Bercasio together with Mrs. Elma Ordan. It was held to recognize the Junior High School students' dedication and hardwork in competing in the United Nations activities last November 7-8, 2024.

💯 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒: Your classroom will earn points based on your efforts to maintain cleanliness. Things like arranging chairs, picking up trash, and keeping everything in order all count towards your total.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Students from the 8 different districts have come to compete and try to take a spot in the top 10 winners on the Cluster B Press Conference last November 4-5, 2024 at Daraga North Central School, Daraga, Albay. Our young aspiring journalists from Junior High and Senior High School Department took part in the competition. Those who got in the top 7 spots will take part in the upcoming Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2024 this December.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Our young aspiring journalists from Junior High and Senior High School Department have participated in the Cluster B Press Conference (CSPC) to secure a spot in the Division Press Conference (DSPC) and make it to the top 10. This competition was held at Daraga North Central School last November 4-5, 2024. Many of the young journalists got a slot in the upcoming DSPC 2024.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | On October 11, 2024, was the awarding of certificates for the Little Teachers held at BC Gymnasium to acknowledge our Little Teachers who showed their hardwork and took the responsiblity of being a teacher during World Teachers' Day last October 3, 2024.

This program was held to recognize these individuals and their hardwork and dedication was noticed by our teachers. The teachers have prepared a simple appreciation gift as a way to show their gratitude to the student teachers who showed clear effort in helping other students and our teachers.

To all of our little teachers who worked hard in delivering their lessons clearly and took the courage of becoming a teacher. Good job and well done! 💗✨ Keep shining, and never stop inspiring others!
