Why we need student council based on ethnic identity?
Lets start from 'what if there is no council?'
New commers couldn't be survived without first hand directions from the same ethnic group members especially those who got their feeds from FATA region.
Authorities used to sabotage the potential seats for us. They can't adore us and don't want to make it happen. There are deflecting factors in that regard like geography, nationalism and historical data between us.
This act of unflagging may allow us to loose our ethnic representation and that it may weaken our ethnic zeal because Pakistan have their own collective mentality in which we have nurtured our selves and people around us. Each and every group used these flags to defend their ethnic status.
Now let's come down to why we need it, for must.
Lets start from the above data again. Moreover, I don't think, as our people are much ingredient with suppressions and implementations, so we can't survive with a new mode of cultural fundamentals. We can't change our perceptions for as sharp that we could point out the politics behind close doors. We have so many differences with Punjab culture. So, the ethnonationalism may go through a more hard times.
No one in the history can survive without their history. Council is a protector of our history.
We are backed up with a strong body. One organized student council with 10 students is better and more impactful than 100 unorganized and unflagged students.
We can study better if council allow some inclusive strategies like uplifting academic on council bases, promoting feasible environment, protecting members individualism and work to get them mix in this new culture through critical behaviour.
What if things start to rotate for more inclusive council body?
They have questioned that council is fragile. It's true. They said that it's basis are sectarian, unacademic and weak. I accept it too. So, what is the solution?
Is it that, that we dissolve it, dissolve something that give us hands and strengths through out the history here.
I don't think it's a better option rather we need some better and more acknowledgements.
Let's alone talk about its diffusion that how can someone be convinced with this idea? How could we prove to say it's the optimal solution?
There's way better things we can do. We can prosper through doing new things that are needed to do today. It's not the solution to say that we aren't academic so we will go astray now from it. I've already pointed out some initiatives are direly needed for us to sustain.
We need a constitution. We need inter-nationalist stances. We need to prevail freedom and stop snatching different diverse feelings. We need to stand out of fragile definitions. We need better stances. We should stop extremist behaviours in first place.
We need to develop study circles. We need to do seminars. We need to promote inter and intra academic societies. We need political benchmarks. We need media and right to speak for everyone. That's and more like these things are needed to be work out there. The dissolution is not the solution.
