SELF LOVE - So many of us struggle to love ourselves due to many reasons.

- we believe loving ourself is selfish.
- due to what we have heard in our childhood from our parent figures or from the people around us that we are not enough, not beautiful enough, we should be more like XYZ, and many more.
- More Fear less Faith.
- always having self pity and being okay when someone feels pity for you (this means you accept your situation the way it is and not want to make any changes to better it)
- thoughts are full of worst case scenarios.
- because of your past mistakes you don’t feel worthy of a better life. Fear and past mistakes keep you away from self love. They make you want to self-sabotage, feeling stuck.
- never taught how to take care of mind, body and soul.
- failing to keep and maintain boundaries.
- saying yes all the time when you eagerly and desperately want to say No.

There are many more reasons why we fail at self love, but the good part is we can always start loving ourselves at any given time of the day.

Change in Habits, Change in Mindset, Change in Environment.

It’s so easy to lose track of your blessings when you are going through this change, but having a Gratitude list makes you realize how much you already have while you work to achieve more.
