Just how we never fail to check Instagram every single day. Take out 5-10 minutes to check your thoughts, daily.

Are they leading you TO your dream life or further AWAY from it.

Note: you are not your thoughts or your beliefs. They were literally given to you from the age 0-7. You now carry them because you feel that's who you are.

I will tell you today, that's not who you are. YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS OR YOUR BELIEFS.

You can change any belief if you wish to. If you have any limiting beliefs that are stopping you from being the best version of yourself, the good news is, you can change it at any point in life.
