Let's take it from the one and only - Steve Jobs. He had a great vision, but he also had a philosophy which pushed his success even further.

Here's how to practice it, the Steve Jobs way:

1. Hire the right people & trust them to perform
2. Demand for excellence
3. Welcome criticisms & pivot when needed
4. Focus on completing a limited number of tasks per day (Steve Jobs asks the top 10 things they need to do for the day and crosses out 7 to focus on the top 3)
5. Believe that creativity flows in random discussions
