The Islands Awaken is a two-part video featuring Apo and Siquijor Islands.

For the past 2 years, we’ve been spending our Holy Week stuck at home, either working or sleeping. But this year, as the travel restrictions have relaxed, we now take that holiday off and wake up from the long travel hiatus.

This Holy Week, we went to Apo Island and Siquijor to awaken our wanderlust spirit. Today, I release the first video to share with you my beautiful experience in Apo Island, with extra bonus feature of Valencia and Dumaguete.

This itinerary includes:
Staying in Liquid Dive Resort - Eat, Sleep, Dive...Live!
Swimming with Turtles in Apo Island through Mabuhaydumaguete Dive Center
Impromptu swimming in The Forest Camp, Valencia, Negros Oriental
Lunch at Hayahay Treehouse Bar and Viewdeck and Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries
Afternoon walk at Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City

I hope my videos will help awaken the tourist industry, the Filipino travel lifestyle, awaken our love for nature, culture, and self.

Like Easter Sunday, we celebrate the rebirth of Philippine tourism and rebirth of nature.
