Proper structured management is what I'm praying for - Coffie Bayie
Northern part of Ghana based hiplife/rap act Coffie Bayie who recently featured Kingflow on his new track lamented bitterly on how lack of proper structured management has affected his music career negativity and if he would've gotten management, things has been easier for him to breakthrough in music industry.
According to the "Money Dey Talk" hitmaker, it has always been his ultimate goal since her childhood to emulate the likes Guru and it has motivated him to write many songs which is even more than an album but lack of management and or investors to invest in his craft has become a big problem. Since his parents are incapable to support him to meet his target in music industry though they are doing their best, it is his ultimate prayer that, he will get well structured management to manage his craft.
In his recent discussion with Central Media Awards Best Blogger Of The Year Nominee; Nana Antobam Junior well known as Professor at New York City in Ekumfi Immuna; central region of Ghana after his performance at "Immuna Artistes Night Concert", he was much concern about management. When he was asked why he has much interest in other management than his parents assistance, he bemoaned, "without well structured management which is able to meet certain requirements like promotion, recording, music shows, collaboration and other essential facilities, until all these requirements are met, it will be very difficult for an artist to breakthrough. This is because the music industry is a shadow of it's former self, without these requirements from management, investors or Industry players, hitting the limelight is almost impossible task and I believes through hardworking and determination I'll get." He added.
