If you've realized accounting isn't for you, you won't be throwing away your degree by making a career change.⁣

However, you WILL be throwing away the next 40 years of your life by staying in the wrong career just because you spent 4 years studying for it.⁣

Making a career change doesn't negate all of the experience and credentials you've accumulated over the past few years. If you know it's not right for you, it's time to start thinking about other options.⁣

Luckily, we've got a whole podcast where you can hear stories and advice from those who have entered and left the accounting world 😉⁣

Drop your rating in the comments!👇 And let us know whether you work in tax/audit/other⁣

A common theme we've noticed among accountants is that many of us don't feel like we're making a real impact with our work.⁣

It's a common reason we hear among our guests who leave large public accounting firms for smaller firms and family-owned businesses, where they feel like they can see the impact of their work.⁣

So we're curious - do you find your accounting work fulfilling? 🤔⁣
