简单馅料👇
肉碎350克（切粒）
大葱1粒（切碎）

调味料：
盐1/2茶匙
白糖2茶匙
生抽1大匙
食油2大匙
五香粉1/2茶匙
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
耗油1茶匙
红曲粉1茶匙
黑酱油1大匙

勾芡：
1大匙玉米粉+1大匙面粉+5大匙水

煮法：

1）热锅下油炒香大葱，加入肉碎炒均匀，加入少许热水，然后加入所有调味料，炒至肉碎熟透，勾芡即可。

皮料：
包粉300克
酵母粉5克
砂糖30克
猪油30克
水135克

做法：
1）把全部材料揉成光滑有弹性的面团，让面团松弛10分钟。
2）把面团揉成圆柱形，切成50克小剂，包入叉烧馅料，醒发30分钟。
3）水滚蒸15分钟，5分钟后才打开盖子就大功告成啦！
