1 year of F**K IT vs 1 year of HEALTHY HABITS
In order to lose weight you have to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT, PERIOD !!
There is no magic pills or getting shredded in 30 days
It’s Calories IN vs Calories OUT and PATIENCE
You have 2 choices Diet or Diet + Strength Training
Diet : It don’t mean in the traditional way, like you restrict yourself . It mean that you decided to make healthier choice.
You track your calories and you stay in a deficit!
You can do whatever you want , it can be Intermittent Fasting , Keto , Paleo , IIFYM etc ! You just have to be consistent and be in a DEFICIT . With that you’ll lose fat and muscles! 👎🏾
Diet + Strength Training :
In my opinion this one is the best , because you are eating differently!
For the best results you have to :
1️⃣ : Be in a Calorie Deficit !
2️⃣ : Lift Weights , 2-5x a week , don’t be afraid to go heavy , you’ll not be bulky unless you’re in a calorie surplus !
3️⃣: Eat enough protein , 0.5-1g /bodyweight(lb)
4️⃣ : Cardio , before your weight session (4-5 hours before) or after your weight session !
5️⃣ : A good night of sleep !
PS : Stop with your bulking season, 95% of the weight you gain it’s FAT!
