Before I say a word, this riff sucks, I don't need to be told that. But it was the first thing I ever wrote on guitar so of course it did. Back at like 13 or 14 slapping the strings haphazardly barely a clue. My head full of Against Me! And Pantera and Jimi Hendrix. This was what made me feel like... oh I might not be famous but I'm a musician too, I could do that too. I was good at it too, and I'm trying to find that again. With today's current atmosphere, music is even more important, because I agree with Jimi, if real changes are going to happen, if peace is going to happen, it will happen through music.

But you know... sometimes you find someone that means more than any song, and you gotta balance things.

Hey everyone,

While you go about your days take some time to consider yourself, and what you need.

Take some time to do self care, whatever that might look like for you. Take a bath, read, play a game, watch a show, listen to music. Whatever you can do that will help you center.

Remember to be kind to yourself, yes its important to be kind to others but don't forget yourself. Use kind words towards yourself and acknowledge all the things you accomplish in a day; even if that is just getting out of bed. Some days even that is a difficult task and it deserves recognition.

Remember in your darkest moments, you are always enough. Remember in your loneliest moments, you are never alone. Remember no matter what, there will be light again.

If anyone ever needs to talk I am always here. No judgements, it doesn't matter how big or small. I am always here.
