What an amazing end of the year!

Taking clients and giving them the best service has made by 2021 completed.✨✨
This feeling of accomplishment makes me feel proud about myself and my decisions.❤️

I still remember myself, 🙆🏻‍♀️ my thought process that was going on for day and night in my mind when I am planning to leave my job and start my freelancing journey. I was so scared 🤦🏻 and had so many doubts in my mind. I was not sure whether I was taking the right decision for myself.

But one thing I knew for sure is that, I love working with different people from various industries. And that was not something I could do in my full time job. 🙇Not saying that 9 to 5 is boring, but yes it is definitely not challenging as compared to my current journey.

Leaving the job, with big dreams and small saving was not easy🌟. But, I did it. I am fortunate enough, that my family believed in me and decisions and never doubted them. ✌🏻

The journey is not easy, but I must say, it gives me joy and a feeling of satisfaction🌟

I am so happy to end my 2021 on this good note, and hoping that 2022 will be so much better!
I am excited for new challenges and new learning 😀

Client onboarding is the process of welcoming new clients into your business.

This process begins when you have your first interaction with the prospect. Usually the sales call or the discovery call is the first step.

These processes help the client to understand the work format, what steps will be involved, their exact role in executing the plan, the deliverables and the payment terms.

The objective of a smooth client on boarding is to build trust factor and a healthy relationship.

Always remember, if the client feels he is been treated correctly, he will be willing to work with you more and also give you some leads from his industry.

It includes anything and everything I want to achieve in the upcoming year.📒
On the professional front, your business goals should include things like new products/services, your revenue target, your content+marketing strategies, budgeting, etc.etc.earn, etc.
