If you felt or are currently feeling that you're overloaded with tasks ever since the start of the pandemic. Give this a listen.
Honestly it's been more tiring than usual this week. I often find myself taking longer than ever to do my tasks, to study, and I generally just want more sleep. So I actually sleep the whole day and end up regretting it because I have so much stuff to do.
What Nat said kind of grounded me and stopped my internal panic. I realized I was pressuring myself too much and that I needed to slow down.
I hope this clip helps you just a bit 😊

If ever you find you comparing yourself to other people here's a clip from the recent episode with Tasha Roy telling you that it does happen every now and then. It sucks! Honestly. However, you shouldn't forget that there are people who love and appreciate you for who you are. Cheesy as it sounds it's very true!
If you liked this clip maybe you'll get to like the whole podcast! So here are some links that might help you out hehe
