Create your own candle and meet new friends at New York's first and only candle making lab!

The candle workshop includes a seat and all the supplies for you to make a candle. During the class you will choose your favorite fragrances and vessel, then measure, mix and pour your very own candle in an instructor-led class, all while meeting other individuals in the city.

We've got a new challenge for you! 🥳

As great as those personal development challenge like 75 Hard and Project 50 are... they don't feel super sustainable after the challenge period has ended. So we want to introduce a new challenge... !

The goal of this is to do these 5 things daily:
1. Journal — Take a moment to reflect, need prompt ideas? Be sure you're getting the daily email (🔗 in bio)
2. Read — One chapter a day, any style, fiction, non-fiction, mystery, thriller, simple as that.
3. Move — Get your body moving. This doesn't necessarily mean a workout, but anything that makes you grateful you have a body that moves.
4. Create — Get those creative juices flowing... whether it's creating a video, writing a poem, doodling, etc. Do something that makes you feel creative.
5. Connect — Reach out to one person a day that you don't see in your day to day life. See where that moment of connection takes you...
