Justin Bieber has sold his entire song catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital for over $200 million, marking the largest music-rights acquisition to date.
The deal includes publishing copyrights, master recordings, and rights for Bieber's back catalog, along with being the latest in a string of high-profile catalog acquisitions in the industry.
The Bieber catalog is now part of the growing Hipgnosis catalog that includes Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, and Justin Timberlake.

Good news: the ni**le may soon be liberated from multinational tech firm Meta.
The advisory board for Instagram and Facebook's parent company has called for an overturning of rules banning images of bare-chested women, years after the campaign.
The move comes after Facebook removed two posts from a trangender and non-binary couple that showed the pair posing topless, but with their ni**les covered. Though Meta eventually reinstated the post, the board has directed Facebook to change its adult nudity guidelines so that they are "governed by clear criteria that respect international human rights standards".
Meta has 60 days to respond publicly to the board's recommendations.

Stephen "Twitch" Boss, DJ and executive producer of
"The Ellen DeGeneres Show, has died by su***de. He was 40.
Boss' wife, Allison Holker, confirmed the news in a statement, writing, "it is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."

Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter faces a new lawsuit filed by a woman on Thursday stating that the singer s*xually assaulted her and gave her HPV when she was a 17-year-old in 2001.
The plaintiff, Shannon Ruth, who is seeking compensatory and punitive monetary damages, states in the complaint that Carter, then 21 years old, invited her onto a Backstreet Boys tour bus following a concert in Tacoma, Washington.
Attorneys for both parties did not immediately return
Insider's request for comment.
The singer served her a beverage she believes was a mix of alcohol and cranberry juice, which he called "VIP juice," and then ordered her to perform oral s*x on him before s*xually assaulting her. Click the link in the bio to read more on this.

Celine Dion is postponing several Europe tour dates after being diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder that affects her ability to sing.
Dion has stiff-person syndrome, which affects "something like one in a million people," she said in an emotional video post.
"Unfortunately, these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life, sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal cords to sing the way I'm used to," she said.
Dion has "hope that I'm on the road to recovery," she said.
"This is my focus.”

After claiming he'd turn down a $300M offer from Disney, Johnny Depp is reportedly returning as Jack Sparrow in the 6th film of the franchise Pirates of the Caribbean.
Johnny Depp lost a number of movie roles, including Pirates of the Caribbean, after being accused by Amber Heard as
"an abusive partner."
However, now that Depp has won the defamation case against Heard, he can now make his comeback as Jack Sparrow.
Talks for the star of the movie series are still in early stages and discussions are reportedly being kept under wraps until a final agreement is made.
