The problem of bullying in Malaysian hospitals is not a recent one, but has been around for decades. Numerous justifications for this horrible culture have been given; rite of passage, in the name of training, etc. It is time we eradicate it for good.

What was originally backed by a good intent, has been abused and misused for personal selfish gain and pleasure. It is only right that such culture ends it journey from now on.

Come and lend us a hand in making Malaysia a better place for our healthcare workers. No matter how small, every single effort matters. We need your help.

It is heartbreaking to hear such an incident that has happened AGAIN! Not the first time, but the second time this year. What have the authorities been doing? Trying to cover up the incident instead of TAKING RESPONSIBILITY!
