🎥 What You’ll Do:
• Assist with Real Estate video editing (Premiere Pro experience required).
• Help manage emails, calls, inquiries, and social media.
• Participate in strategising for improvements within marketing and logistics.

💻 What We Offer:
• Flexible remote work (some on-site tasks in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie).
• Hands-on training to match our style and grow your skills in videography.

🎥✨ I'm Ethan – the guy behind Ward Visuals! 🌟 I guess I somehow haven't really introduced myself, so here we go. For over 5 years, I've poured my heart and soul into crafting visual narratives that speak volumes. From the wedding vows to the properties, we've captured so many compelling stories over the years.

But let's rewind a bit. My journey into the world of videography started when I was just 12 years old, tinkering with YouTube videos (Iykyk) then at 15, randomly starting a business called 'Ward Visuals' and here we are. It's been a wild ride, from those early days of experimenting to now, where I get to turn moments into everlasting memories.

And if running Ward Visuals wasn't already keeping me busy enough, I also co-own a Digital Marketing Agency, Mirata Digital. Turns out, pointing a camera at anything and everything is just my thing. (Seriously, go follow us though, please). Oh and I also love the greatest sport in the world, the real Football ⚽️ (Sorry)

Now, let's talk about perseverance. It's not always been smooth sailing. I've faced challenges, encountered doubters, and weathered tough times, But I held onto the belief that the videos of some random guy on social media telling me that it all pays off were true, and I'm so so so glad I listened. In no way am I where I want to be, but I'm a lot closer then I could've imagined.

Whenever something pops up or goes wrong, I'm quick to remind myself how blessed I am (thanks mum). It's a reminder of how the journey has shaped me into who I am today. And I wouldn't have it any other way. 🙌

About Ethan (OWNER)

From a young age, I did certain things related to filmmaking at a very amateur level but instantly knew I had a passion for making videos but didn’t know what part of the industry I was wanting to pursue. I was in love with creating youtube videos and enjoying every bit of the filming and the post-production process even know very few people would even see the videos. I slowly drifted away from that due to negativity but years later something clicked.

In Mid October 2019, I had the idea to start my own business. At this time it was a long shot and a very broad idea but I went for it. I saved up for a camera and its necessary equipment and accessories, I then used my family and friend connections to reach to try and land a shoot (obviously free of charge) and figure out what I would enjoy doing. Once I had a decent amount of experience under my belt, I knew where and what I had to improve on before working with bigger businesses and companies.

I worked on these aspects over the COVID 19 break and invested in a major upgrade of all of my equipment. I then came back stronger than ever working with companies and businesses across Newcastle and receiving overwhelming feedback.

I am now in a great position with Ward Visuals and continuing to offer video production for all different types of businesses and clients across NSW.
