"Traveling is a humbling journey that reminds us to be grateful for the abundance in our lives, for there are countless souls who have never tasted the richness of what we often take for granted."

Traveling exposes us to different cultures, people, and circumstances, opening our eyes to the diverse realities of the world. It fosters humility by highlighting the disparities that exist, encouraging us to appreciate the privileges and comforts we enjoy. It's a powerful teacher of gratitude, reminding us to cherish the blessings that many others may only dream of experiencing.

How Does One Tackle The Delusion That Perfection Is?
Yes, Self Love!
Have you ever had the feeling that you don’t seem to be doing good enough? I hear you, and it’s completely okay to feel that way because that’s how our mind works.

A lot of problems in our society have arisen because we have been taught to be perfect while growing up.

We all tend to think we are not good enough, but here’s the thing—we’re not, and no one is. And no one can ever be. In fact, even the most profound celebrity you watch on television isn’t perfect. That’s why I say that the word “perfection” is just overrated.

If somebody claims to be the “most perfect person,” then trust me that person is not only setting unrealistic and destructive standards for themselves, but also for those around them.

Yesterday, I was having a conversation with a dear friend of mine regarding the pressure to be perfect or to be the best.

From a very young age, we’ve been trying our best to be perfect. We become people-pleasers, for example, participating in the battle to be the favourite student or the favourite child. Haven’t we all done it? Instead of respecting and loving ourselves, we tend to become the person we don’t imagine ourselves to be. Don’t we become the type of person that we don’t know who the hell we are?

Perfection seems to be everywhere we go or look; we see perfect people, perfect talk, perfect clothes, perfect life, perfect career, perfect partner, and perfect attitude.

There is always a constant pressure to be perfect in anything or everything we do because we’re surrounded by “perfection.” But you know what? All that is crap!

Today’s generation wants to copy what the other person is doing. Every girl wants to look like Kim Kardashian or Kylie Jenner. Why can’t we just be original?

Love Who You Are, And See How It All Begins To Change
Remember everything changes the instant you begin to accept yourself. You’re not born to please anyone. Don’t set yourself on fire to keep other people warm.

Everyone feels fearful at some point in their lives. People who claim they're not afraid of anything are certainly not speaking the whole truth. Luckily, there are ways you can learn how to never be afraid to try something new.

Feeling a healthy amount of fear is what keeps us out of trouble, like not sticking our hand in a lit fireplace or trying to jump into a pool from the second-floor balcony. Yet, being afraid, beyond normal nerves and jitters, can have crippling effect in practical matters.

Change is the only constant - this is something that most of us have heard before. It also doesn't have to be a bad thing. When we can meet change with a positive outlook, we can quickly go after what we truly want and learn how to never be afraid to try something new and exciting.

Committing yourself to overcome your fears so that you can reap the rewards of trying something new - taking on a new hobby, activity, connections, and other pursuits - far outweigh sitting it out and letting life-changing moments pass you by. Have courage, life can get really boring otherwise.

5 Tips for How to Never Be Afraid to Try Something new

1- Start Small
2- Acknowledge the fear
3- Do your Research beforehand
4- Partner up
5- No one is setting you up to fail

Learn to Live and Let Go of Fear

Only you can decide if your fears will continue holding you back from trying new things. If you're looking for some excitement and adventure in your life, now is the time to tackle those fears and anxieties.
Don't miss out on worthwhile opportunities just because you don't know what to expect.

4 ways overthinking steals your joy. we will talk about it but just see the other facts first.

The fear behind overthinking can take many forms:

-Perfectionism

-Fear of failure

-Fear of not being good enough

-Not trusting yourself

-Not loving yourself

-Fear of rejection

-Fear of what others will think

How do you know when you’re overthinking something.
Overthinking happens when any of the above conditions are not dealt with on the subconscious (or soul) level. You may think everything is fine until a big decision comes along. Suddenly you are crazier than a bat and second-guess yourself every five seconds. While I can give you a few tips to make it over this one decision hump, I highly recommend seeking out a therapist or life coach to clear the deeper root of this issue.

-Tips on how to stop overthinking and be happy
Release the idea of perfectionism
Many of my clients fear that they won’t be perfect at something so they choose not to do it at all. What’s worse than trying and failing is not trying at all. Now, read that sentence again and replace the word “trying” with the word “living.” The only thing worse than living and failing, is not living at all. Perfectionism is a deep-rooted fear that will paralyse your life if you let it.

-Know that there is no such thing as mistakes in life.
Most of the time analysis paralysis comes from the deep rooted fear of failure. You were taught as a child to be perfect and to not make mistakes. Now you are a full-grown adult and this fear is deeply rooted within you. The problem is that there really aren’t any mistakes in life, only chances to grow and learn. If you believe that, you’ll be just fine.

-Trust your inner-voice
Sometimes your best bet is to lean into what your gut says, and just go for it. This doesn’t mean it won't be scary or hard, but it usually will lead you in the right direction for the long term. The trick is to make your decision and commit fully to it. Second-guessing yourself is not an act of self-love or self-trust. For more on this, see my article about decision making here.

-Be bold and take a risk.
