The capital city of Tigray, Mekelle, hit by a new round of airstrike for the second time this week, at 10:24 this morning, near Mekelle Hospital, with three civilians already confirmed to be injured.
There had been two rounds of airstrikes on Monday, October 18, 2021, that had killed three children and injured six civilians.

US: No Evidence of Eritrea's Withdrawal
Despite the assurances of #Eritrea, the US gov't has seen no evidence of the withdrawal of Eritrean troops from #Tigray. @StateDeptSpox reiterated US' call for the immediate departure of Eritrea from Tigray.
Report: In a counter offensive that lasted from April 1-3, Tigray defense forces have killed and wounded more than 2,450 Ethiopian and Eritrean soldiers. In the battle, 1k+ were killed, 1,450+ were wounded and many others captured along with various weapons and ammunitions.
In reprisal for their battle losses, the defeated Eritrean and Ethiopian forces, indiscriminately shelled using heavy artilleries and warplanes the nearby town, Bahri Tseba, which killed 4 innocent civilians inc a priest and they've also damaged a church, St. Abune Aregawi.
