Meet Michelle and Justin Sandridge!
Michelle and Justin Sandridge, recent transplants to Cornelius, were initially drawn to the Lake Norman area by its natural beauty and vibrant community. They bought a house last spring, with the intention of part-time living, but soon “fell in love with the community,” says Michelle. By September 2023, they decided to make it their full-time residence. “We discovered The Peninsula after moving to the area, and it was love at first sight! The warm, welcoming vibe of everyone we met instantly drew us in, along with the stunning scenery of Lake Norman and the gorgeous weather,” she shares, though she admits she wouldn’t mind a bit more “sweater weather.”
