Cookie
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs {whisked}
1/3 cup oil
Frosting
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cookie ingredients in large bowl and mix until completely incorporated. NOTE: Dough will be thick.
Using a medium sized cookie scoop {or heaping tablespoon}, scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Repeat until all of the dough is baked.
Frosting
Combine the first 3 frosting ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
Pour frosting over cookies. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that each cookie is completely covered.

5 Ingredient Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chunky salsa
1 (10-ounce) can red enchilada sauce
8 (8-inch) tortillas (We much prefer flour torillas in this recipe, but corn are more traditional.)
1 (8-ounce) package Borden Cheese Thick Cut(I use shredded)
Shredded Four Cheese Mexican (about 2 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat
Drain excess fat away and return meat to skillet and to medium low heat
Stir in salsa and cook until heated through
Remove from heat
Pour about 1/2 of enchilada sauce in bottom of prepared baking dish
Warm tortillas according to package directions
Add about 1/4 cup of meat mixture down center of each tortilla and top with about 1 heaping tablespoon of cheese Tightly roll each tortilla up and place them in dish seam side down
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over them and sprinkle remaining cheese over
Tightly wrap dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes

NO-BAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 T. unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Mixture:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 T. granulated sugar
Blueberry Filling:
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs , cinnamon, and melted butter. Blend with a fork until crumbs are moistened.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of crumbs to sprinkle on the top.
Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
With an electric mixer, cream together softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
By hand, mix together whipped cream and cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assemble the Yum Yum Layers:
Spread a little less than half the cream cheese/whipped cream mixture evenly over the crust.
Drop blueberry pie filling by large spoonfuls on top of the cream cheese layer. Gently spread blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Top blueberry layer with the remaining cream cheese/whipped cream mixture. Gently spread it evenly over the blueberry layer, covering it completely.
Sprinkle the top with the 2 tablespoons reserved graham cracker crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.

Been sick for over 2 wks. When to the walk in clinic 2 wks ago and did test. No flu or covid. I never got and better. Throwing up, aching, coughing, just feeling really bad so I went to the ER and I have the flu, UTI and seen something with my liver. Not sure what it is. Got to go to my liver dr. Feel sort of like crap. I’m so ready to feel better. Praying no one else gets this stuff. I need prayers
