As we wrap up the year and move into the next, it's a great time to reflect on how things are going, and what our goals are moving forward. Join me as I lead you through these 10 Reflective Questions and share with you some of my thoughts on the year behind us:

1. What did this year teach me about myself?
2. Who showed up for me this year, and how can I nurture those relationships?
3. How did I show up for myself this year? How can I nurture relationship with self?
4. How am I working for what I want? Am I keeping promises to myself? Why or Why Not?
5. What barriers kept me from meeting my goals? Can these barriers be removed, or do I need to adjust my goals?
6. How did I cope with uncomfortable feelings? What coping mechanisms worked or didn't work for me?
7. What do I need to accept about myself or other people in my life?
8. What do I need to practice doing more of...or less of?
9. What limiting beliefs do I have about myself that are holding me back from what I value?
10. What is 1 new boundary I need to establish to protect my peace?

Some of us know to brace ourselves when the holidays begin for unexpected waves of grief. Some of us may be experiencing the pain of grief for the first time this holiday season. Others know someone who is, but they have no idea what to say...and avoid the grieving person altogether. On this episode, we dive into ways to cope while grieving and what to do and say to support others this holiday season. Listen at 90.7 WEHC tonight at 6:30 or by clicking the link below:

Raise your hand if the holiday hustle has already got you like 'Woah' 🤚 I'm taking my own advice and slowing down to be present in this moment, so today's episode is a rerun of Episode 3 where we talk about living an integrated life, wholeheartedly. It's a great topic to revisit as we head into the New Year.
Next week's episode will explore grief during the holidays. It's a heavy topic, but I hope to offer some encouragement and light on a subject that touches all of us in one way or another. ❤️
