Been a while friends. Sometimes social media gets really tedious and frustrating and the best thing you can do for yourself is walk away and just hit reset.

I have a pinched nerve in my back that’s causing some leg pain and until that gets fixed m avoiding leg day. Good news is the doc has it narrowed down and we can start detailed treatment. And the bane of my existence…. cardio….

If you can, say a prayer for me while I finish hitting reset.
