The height of the tower is 32 metres, with the highest viewing platform at 19 metres.

Schwarzenberg tomb – resting place of one of Bohemia’s most powerful noble families.

The neo-Gothic structure near Třeboň is located in the middle of a landscaped park by the Svět (World) fish pond.

The construction of a new final resting place of the Schwarzenbergs was initiated in Třeboň by Princess Eleonora, wife of Johann Adolf II of Schwarzenberg. The tomb was built by Josef Schmidt and later F. D. Deworetzský, who takes joint credit for the renovation of Hluboká Chateau.

👀 The longest suspension bridge in the world is opening today in Dolní Morava in the Pardubice Region. The 721-metre bridge connects the tops of two mountains over the Mlynky Stream valley.
