Condemnation and response to malicious statements by Sixty four tribes against Hon: Manyang Luk Lueth, commissioner of Yirol East county.
We would like to take this opportunity to publicly condemn the online criminal page called sixty four tribes which have specialized in tarnishing the image and good reputations of respected politicians and people with high integrity by falsely implicating them online.
Two days ago, this online criminal page published an article accusing Hon: Manyang Luk Lueth to have been told by General Marial Chanuong to mobilize Yirol East youth to join SPLM-IO and also that, there is a recruitment of 3000 forces who are being trained in Ramchiel , all these accusations are baseless and unfunded and such, We would like at first place to inform general public and security organs to visit Ramchiel and independently verify and find out by themselves those baseless accusations, otherwise we are strongly indebted to inform the public that, there's no such arrangements in the territory of Yirol East county, we only know the recruitment of the army forces is for general headquarters of the army, no any county with authority to recruit army.
On the same note of the accusation of the mobilisation of the youth to join SPLM-IO, it's a big joke and a great lie altogether, Hon: Manyang Luk Lueth since last year 2022 embarked on registration campaign in Yirol East county at his capacity as SPLM chairperson in the county, he visited all six payams of Yirol East county to ensure serious mobilization of Yirol East population to join SPLM party ahead of 2024 general elections, so far three quarters of Yirol East county population have registered for SPLM party, Hon:Manyang will never leave SPLM and join any brief case party more especially IO which remains the historical enemy in the words of Hon: Manyang.
Before we dwell much on this issue, we would like to inform the readership that, Hon: Manyang Luk Lueth is the only happiest SPLM politician, whose SPLM party has trusted and invested in him for so long, Hon: Manyang has served and is serving in SPLM led government at different capacities as detailed below,
Hon: Luk was appointed as the border advisor to Western equatoria state in 2010 until 2012
He was appointed in 2012 as the commissioner of Yirol East county till 2017
Hon: Manyang was also promoted and appointed the commissioner of headquarters, a position equivalent now to the ministry of cabinet affairs in the state, in 2018
He was appointed as the minister of rural development and cooperatives in defunct Eastern lakes state
And finally he was reappointed in 2022 as the commissioner of the same Yirol East county for the third time until now
With all this political progress, where will Hon: Manyang Luk get problems of leadership again to mobilize the youth of Yirol East county to join the so called SPLM-IO, that shows the nakedness of this lie.
Thirdly, Hon: Manyang Luk Lueth since 1991 has been fighting SPLM-IO( Naser faction), remember, SPLM-IO rooted back to 1991, by then Hon: Manyang was the alternative officer for organized forces in the hotspots of the then Naser faction, fighting the forces of Riek machar especially in Yirol East county, not that alone, recently in 2013, he led the operation of Ciir-kou as the serving commissioner and commander of the operation under of all command of General Matur Chut Dhuol who was the governor of lakes state at the time of the war, confronting the forces of Tanginyang which led to a great losses at the side of opposition, many ammunitions recovered from opposition forces of Tanginyang who fled Juba in the aftermath of Juba 2013 failed coup attempt , therefore Hon: Manyang Luk remains the SPLM property who fought and developed in the structures of the party, and will never betray the SPLM party even if when he is not in a leadership position.
We therefore nullified all those said accusations and urge the public to remain calm as we shall trace out the identities of these criminals of sixty four tribes.
